Congratulations  to you both on your upcoming wedding day, delighted to be a part of your special wedding day, ensuring you both have a stress-free day, Here's what's included in my: On the Day Wedding Coordination Package
 
Ireland West Weddings  On the Day coordination wedding package is the perfect package for you where you have all the hard work done of your wedding planning and creating your own style , but coming up to the last two months you are feeling overwhelmed and need extra help and someone to support allowing you both to enjoy the run up to your big day stress free to bring your final vision details together and need the presence of a professional ensuring a calm free atmosphere. This is where I assist and apply my professional wedding planning experience and this takes place 8 weeks before Your wedding day and includes:
  • I will meet you both for a free 60-minute consultation and you can tell me all about your exciting wedding day plans, your visions and all the planning you have done so faror communication can also be done through WhatsApp call, Zoom call or by phone. I will work around my couple's schedule, weekdays or weekends (depending on availibity) and only happy to answer any questions you may have.
  • I will take a list of all your wedding suppliers and in turn will contact them all in person to finalise a timeline structure, design & day co-ordination, making sure all suppliers know what is expected and will arrange arrival times for setting up on the day of the wedding creating a detailed timeline bringing your wedding day together.
  • Lead up to your big day, we will arrange a call to go over your final details and visit your wedding venue and have a walk-through through Your wedding vision.
  • We will collaborate on your wedding day styling and décor, guest seating, floor plans, and I will work with your venue, making sure your vision is carried out & comes through.
  • Two weeks prior to Your wedding , we will have a final meeting making sure everything is organized and all necessary information is updated & on the day I will be your main point of contact from early morning for You both , Your wedding party  & Your suppliers weaving every little detail into a seamless celebration of love, from coordinating the full day of events , ensuring every candle is lit , and every flower is placed perfectly, making your dream come through effortlessly.
  • I can be with you the evening before for rehearsals (depending on availability), so everyone involved in your day knows their roles and responsibilities.
  • On your wedding morning, I will be coordinating for 8/ 10 hours on the day, managing your timeline, checking all vendors have arrived, your have had your breakfast, the bubbly is flowing with the absolute excitement of the day building up.
  • I handle any unforeseen issues that may arise on the day and any emergency support, with quick problem solving to maintain the flow of the day.
  • Assist with family photos and wedding party are all gathered and provide guidance on order of speeches.
  • Wedding party Liaison ensuring on the day they have everything they need from rings, speeches, flowers and any requests.
  • Ensuring all wedding suppliers are paid on the day if needed.
  • On the wedding day, looking after your legal HSE Green folder after the ceremony and putting it away safely for safe keeping.
  • For wedding ceremony assist the wedding party with the processional order
  • Work closely with your venue regarding your guest accommodation and if you’re both staying in your wedding venue night before ensuring your breakfast is booked early for you & Your wedding party. Adhering to couples Children policy prior to wedding & on the day , and any requests to be carried out like childrens entertainment , or baby sitting services.
My commitment to you both on the day is not just to manage logistics but to infuse your day with care, creativity and upmost attention it deserves , so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

​Bridal Morning Preparation

 I am there from early morning at the bride's home ensuring the day starts smoothly and stress-free. My morning involves coordinating hair and makeup schedules, ensuring stylists arrive on time, and organizing the brides & bridesmaids' dresses and accessories. I set up the preparation space, keeping it clean and organized for photos and ensuring a calming atmosphere. I manage the morning timeline, keep the bridal party on track, liaise with photographers for candid shots, and address any last-minute details. From any unexpected issues to providing emotional support, I ensure the bride feels confident, relaxed, and ready to walk down the aisle.
